Vendor Applications

Last year’s Festival of the Horse weekend brought more than 20,000 locals and visitors to Downtown Georgetown. The Festival continues to grow each year and is expected to reach a record high in 2019. We invite quality vendors to join us in the festive weekend of live music, activities, food, dance, carnival rides and so much more.

We have 3 categories of vendor booths this year: artistic & craft, food, and commercial. To apply for a vendor spot, please complete one of the following vendor applications most appropriate to your business. Applicants are required to review the Vendor Policies and Procedures document and complete the Acceptance Agreement form before applying. New and returning vendors must submit their application with acceptance agreement and full payment no later than Wednesday, May 15.

There are additional requirements and updates to this year’s vendor applications including changes in booth sizes, pricing and deadlines. Vendor applications, agreement form, full payment and booth photographs can be sent via direct mail to: Festival of the Horse, P.O. Box 676, Georgetown, KY 40324. All applications will be reviewed carefully to ensure there is not excessive duplication in vendor products offered.
