Interested in becoming a vendor at the 2024 Festival of the Horse?

New AND returning vendors must submit their application with acceptance agreement and full payment no later than April 15, 2024. Returning vendor spaces are NOT guaranteed without an application and FULL payment.
The Festival of the Horse offers THREE categories of vendor booths: artists & craft, commercial, and food.
Artists and Craft Vendors: Products must be handmade, painted, crafted etc. No commercially produced items may be sold.
Commercial Vendors: Selling of various commercial-products, including, but not limited to: t-shirts, sunglasses, hats, clothes, jewelry, stickers, books, etc. Commercial vendors are not permitted to sell or give away food or drinks.
Food Vendors: The Festival of the Horse offers a variety of food options though the Festival area. In order to avoid duplication of food items, the number and type of food vendors will be limited. Vendors are encouraged to consider food items that are unique.
To apply for a vendor spot, please complete one of the following vendor applications most appropriate to your business. Applicants are required to review the Vendor Policies and Procedures document and complete the Acceptance Agreement form before applying. Submitted applications will not be processed until FULL payment is received.
