New AND returning vendors must submit their application with acceptance agreement and full payment no later than April 15, 2026. Returning vendor spaces are NOT guaranteed without an application and FULL payment.
Best of the Bluegrass offers TWO categories of vendor booths: Merchandise and Food.
Merchandise Vendors: Selling of various items, including, but not limited to: t-shirts, sunglasses, hats, clothes, jewelry, stickers, books, handmade products, painted products, crafts etc. Merchandise vendors are not permitted to sell or give away food or drinks.
Food Vendors: The Best of the Bluegrass offers a variety of food options throughout the Festival area. In order to avoid duplication of food items, the number and type of food vendors will be limited. Vendors are encouraged to consider food items that are unique.
To apply for a vendor spot, please complete one of the following vendor applications most appropriate to your business. Applicants are required to review the Vendor Policies and Procedures document and complete the Acceptance Agreement form before applying. Submitted applications will not be processed until FULL payment is received.
